Daily cleaning should be performed after each use to ensure the hygiene of the grinder and extend its service life. Use a soft cloth or a special cleaning brush, and avoid using hard objects to scratch the surface of the body to prevent scratches. Gently wipe the surface of the body, especially the areas around the powder outlet and bean hopper where coffee grounds are likely to accumulate. For stubborn stains, you can dip a small amount of neutral detergent to wipe, but be sure to avoid the detergent from penetrating into the body. Avoid using detergents containing corrosive or strong acids and alkalis when cleaning to avoid damaging the plating or paint on the surface of the body.
It is recommended to perform deep cleaning every once in a while to thoroughly remove oil and dust from the inside of the body. If the grinder allows, the detachable parts can be disassembled for separate cleaning. Be sure to read the equipment manual before disassembly to understand the correct disassembly method and precautions. Use a mixture of neutral detergent and clean water to make a cleaning agent, or use a special YF-650T2C coffee grinder cleaner. Avoid using detergents containing bleach or strong acids and alkalis. Use a soft cloth or brush to dip in detergent and wipe the inside and outside of the machine body, especially key parts such as grinding discs and bearings. For stains that are difficult to clean, you can use a small brush or cotton swab for detailed cleaning. After cleaning, rinse the machine body thoroughly with clean water to ensure that there is no residual detergent.
Dry the machine body with a clean cloth, or place the disassembled parts in a well-ventilated place to dry naturally. Avoid using high-temperature equipment such as hair dryers to accelerate drying to avoid damaging the machine body or parts. The powder outlet is prone to accumulate coffee grounds, which can be cleaned with a brush or a blower. If the powder outlet is removable, it is recommended to remove it regularly for thorough cleaning. The grinding disc is the core component of the grinder and needs to be cleaned regularly to maintain its grinding effect. You can use a special grinding disc cleaner or clean it according to the requirements of the equipment manual.
Check the fastening parts of the machine body regularly to ensure that they are in good fastening condition. If loose or detached screws are found, they should be tightened or replaced in time. Check the surface of the machine body for scratches, wear or corrosion. If necessary, you can use a special repair agent to repair it or contact a professional maintenance personnel for processing.
According to the requirements of the equipment manual, regularly lubricate and maintain the moving parts of the YF-650T2C coffee grinder. Lubrication can reduce friction between parts and extend service life. Choose a lubricant suitable for the equipment to avoid damage to the equipment due to the use of inappropriate lubricants. The lubricant should have good lubrication performance and stability, and be able to resist high temperature and corrosion.
Avoid exposing the grinder to a humid, high temperature or corrosive environment. A humid environment can easily cause the body to rust and the circuit to short-circuit; a high temperature environment can accelerate the aging and damage of parts; a corrosive environment can corrode the surface of the body and internal parts. When using the grinder, you should abide by the operating specifications and avoid moving or hitting it when the grinder is working. Do not overload the grinder to avoid damaging the body or internal parts.
If the grinder fails or is damaged, contact a professional maintenance personnel for repair in time. Do not disassemble or repair the grinder by yourself to avoid causing greater damage or safety hazards. It is recommended to establish a maintenance record for the grinder, recording information such as the time, reason, and replaced parts of each repair.
